Refund Policy
Services for client businesses
When you pay a business for a service we run on its behalf, such as a skin analysis through WhatsApp, your payment goes to that business and its own refund policy applies. If a payment went through but the service did not complete, tell the business in the same chat, or contact us, and we will help the business resolve it.
Project work for clients
Fees, milestones and refunds for websites, software and other project work are set out in the written agreement for each project.
VisuAfric
Purchases on VisuAfric are covered by the refund terms published at visuafric.com.
Charged in error?
