How to ask us to delete your personal data, and what happens next.
What this covers
This page applies to personal data held by VisuaCore Technology Limited, including data from this website and data processed through WhatsApp services we run on behalf of businesses, such as messages, photographs, results and order records. Our full Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
How to request deletion
Use either of these:
- By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
- On WhatsApp: send the word DELETE in the chat of the service you used.
Please tell us the phone number or email address you used, so we can find your data.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received your request within 7 days.
- We delete your personal data within 30 days.
- If the law requires us or the business to keep certain records, such as payment records, we will tell you what is kept and why.
- If your data was processed for a business's WhatsApp service, we also inform that business so it can act on your request.
Photographs
Face photographs sent for skin analysis are deleted automatically within 48 hours of the analysis being completed, without any request needed.
